Reservation Agent
Qualifications
• Experience using proper phone etiquette and handling phone calls.
• Ability to make reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience performing receptionist duties and handling guest requests.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is also a plus.
• Knowledge with OPERA PMS or WISHNET PMS is a must.
