Seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer - Civil with 6-10 years of GCC Building Construction experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or equivalent.
Proficiency in Project management tools, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navis work.
Experience:
• 6-10 years of GCC Building Construction industry experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in coordinating with the Abu Dhabi authority.
• Authority coordination experience as an EPC contractor.
• Knowledge of project design coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Experience with project registration, NOC acquisition, and permits.
• Oversight of concrete and GIS site inspections.
• Facilitation of shop drawing approvals through regulatory coordination.
• Technical coordination with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Responsiilities:
• Internal and client liaison and reporting.
• Knowledgeable about statutory regulations.
Location: Abu Dhabi
