KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility for leadership of sales & operational activities across regions.
• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
• Managing international channel partners.
• Proactively monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
• Taking responsibility for profit and loss.
• Face of the organization, present a professional image at all times.
• Managing the sales team to achieve determined targets.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
• Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
• Creating the Sales strategy and objectives determining target audience.
• Determining market trends, competitive analysis to formulate effective strategy and forward plan.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

• Working very closely with the Chairman and Managing Directors.
• Leading a large multinational sales team across multiple locations.
