General manager, Program Director, Senior Project manager

A General Manager in training and education field, certified as Project Manager from The American University in Cairo (AUC) has a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Oracle DBA Master. Through 15 years experience in International organizations and Governmental entities such as The Cabinet Decision Support & Strategic Public Sector Decision Making, Investment Ministry, Culture Ministry, Environment Ministry, Tourism Ministry, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), The Operational Unit for Development Assistance (OUDA/UN) and Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).

I worked in various large sizes development programmes such as National E-Government, National Map Productions from Satellite & Aerial Photographs, Urban and Rural Development, Crises Management Systems, Government Municipalities, and Natural Protectorates Management Systems.

My experience includes formal and experiential knowledge of the management and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). My strengths include General, Program Management experience and IT development background using Oracle, Web services and GIS tools, experienced in demonstrating leadership skills in a matrix organization, with the ability to build an effective cross-functional team and develop the individuals on the team.
