A confidential company is seeking to hire high energy Emirati hospitality HR professionals to join their organization.

They are initially seeking 2 talented Emirati HR individuals;

• 1 to work as their HR Manager• 1 to work as their Learning and Development Specialist/Manager (depending on the years of experience the candidate has)

These Emirati individuals will be joining a new 4-star hotel destination. This hotel is targeted to be an iconic food, beverage, entertainment and tourist destination in Dubai!

Requirements;

• Applicants must be Emirati holding the Family Book and have solid HR experience gained in the hospitality field, ideally within pre-opening of hotels.

• Degree educated, further HR qualifications such as CIPD will be highly desirable.

• Possess outstanding English communication skills.

• Have an outgoing, passionate nature.

Working hours are 8am until 4pm based in corporate offices in Dubai.
