الوصف الوظيفي Based in the UAE BWP has a significant footprint in the regions Real Estate development, Construction, Architecture and Energy markets and are part of the Empresaria Group plc an international staffing specialist following a multi-branded business model with a global presence. BWP are looking for an Associate level consultant who can initially support the Managing Partners of the business with the delivery of existing mandates before developing there own niche market to focus on. Activities include:- Headhunting and qualifying candidates Interview candidates F2F / over the phone Maintain candidate relationships Job Advertising / Managing Ad response Lead sourcing Market research related to your dedicated area New Business Development Sales The position will have the support and time to develop into a 360 consultant tasked with developing client relationships and delivering revenue in a particular niche within the above mentioned industries. المهارات - Positive, pro active, determined and resilient attitude - 2-5 years experience in sales, customer service or recruitment- Excellent communication skills - fluent in English and any other languages are an advantage - Knowledge of the related industries is an advantage - Attention to detail and the ability to multi task - Ambitious, driven and self-motivated تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/associate-partner-3750294/ |
