Senior Site Architect

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities

• Produces studies understand client requirements and identify inputs and outputs,
• Organizes and plans the studies and drawings production in respect of the delays at any stage of the studies,
• Projects managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors
• Controlling a project from start to finish.
• Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
• Make material choices (validate the Material Submittal given by the Contractor)
• Prepares materials proposals including required technical data and submits these to the Client’s approval.
• Is in charge of all types of verifications :
• Review contracts in terms of supplying the right goods and services, on time and within budget
• Ensure production quality regarding drawings and all contractual documents, including material submittals, in respect of the delays,
• Coordinates with other Consultant’s designers,
• Coordinates with the Contractors design issues,
• Attends site meetings with the client, contractors, subcontractors and/or suppliers,• Supervises inspectors.

المهارات
Requirements

• Min. 8 years’ experience in the field of Architecture
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural
• Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D, MS Office Application and other Software.
• Conversant in English, very organized and flexible.• Design/concept experience AND site experience are mandatory
