الوصف الوظيفي
To support the Quality function and the business units in the development and implementation of the company’s business improvement plans; to draft and execute training plans and measure the effectiveness of; to lead certain initiatives and projects as allocated by the Quality Health and Safety Manager and to actively promote a quality culture across the organization.
Supports the operation and project teams in the implementation of QHSE, and transformation initiatives
Supports and guides the operation in the documentation and implementation of processes, policies and procedures
Monitors KPI performance; analyses performance and provides recommendations to address deviations; compiles KPI reports for management’s review
Trains and coaches on QHSE and continuous improvement tools; supports the team in the implementation of the quality initiatives
Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace, conducts and coordinates on-siteinspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Provide advice and counselling for all compliance regulations
Participates in quality, health and safety audits; records and reports deviations; recommends and suggests correctiveand preventive actions to ensure compliance
المهارات
With a minimum of 3 years in Quality, Health and Safety Management preferably within Logistics & Supply Chain
ISO qualified
NEBOSH certified
HSE certified
