We are recruiting for a Financial accountant for an environmental engineering company for their Dubai office reporting into the GM.
The right candidate must be from the engineering & services industryand have more than 4 years of accounting & financial management experience.
• Review processes, gather and compile accounting transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct month end and year end close process
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Prepare budget and financial forecasts
• Identify, prioritize and resolve accounting issues, probe beyond stated situation. identify underlying issues, recognize exceptions, perform preliminary analysis
• Compute and prepare balance sheet, profit / loss statement etc.
• Develop periodic reports for management
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
• Keeps information confidential and secured with backups and passwords
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation• Involve in procurement
