The Assistant Manager - Operations will coordinate business activities for the Taqyeem Unit under the comapny to develop and execute appropriate strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for Taqyeem related deliverables with ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and consistency of all data collected, processed and delivered to customers, including compliance with United Arab Emirates Government data standards and quality metrics.
Execution of business strategy in line with the UAE Government data standards and quality metrics.Leadership of the end to end data process, including service deliveries.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Create a high performance, fair and exciting work environment that provides motivation and development opportunities for the teams
Review performance achievements and targets regularly with teams and provide strategic direction to improve service delivery
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics and SLAs to the Management
Identify and resolve problem situations
Ensure department is in compliance, keep abreast of current requirements and changing legislation

Drive cost control measures across operations
Provide strategic direction to drive consistency and quality improvements, leading to overall customer satisfaction.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction which will entail monitoring and providing feedback to team members to maintain service levels.
Maintain a good working relationship and provide feedback to support teams.
Act with a high degree of initiative, proactively seek opportunities to improve service levels, and analyze data to drive change.
Promote the use of centralized project management documentation for all projects
المهارات
The ideal candidate will preferably be operating in a Leadership position in a Data Center / KPO / BPO industry with experience in leading, managing, guiding and coaching the Operations team.
Qualification and Experience:
Master’s Degree from a reputed management institution
8 to 10 years of overall experience
4 to 5 years in a leadership role in the Data Center / KPO / BPO industry managing 75 to 100 staff
Experience working with the Government sector is desired
