Our Client: A renowned name in global automotive parts & aftersales market.

Your Role: The incumbent would ensure timely and accurate supply of parts and accessories to achieve company’s commercial and operational targets in Middle East. You would be responsible for providing input in after sales budget development process, ensuring sales target are achieved, managing working capital for parts and accessories, defining new parts pricing, authorizing performance bonuses, defining price investment/incentives and monitoring budget spend of after sales. You should be confident in managing after sales parts operations & handling large sales team in Middle East. Your prime target would be to improve inventory control & parts availability across the Middle East, build strong relationships with external customers and securing long term business, deal with dissatisfied customers and manage complaints, review monthly sales and profit performance and to ensure the after sales department achieves its targets. You will be reporting to the General Manager of the company and complete Middle East would be your playground.

Must Have:

Graduate with experience in AUTOMOTIVE Parts in Middle East is MUST.
Experience of operating and the setting up of Parts distribution channels in emerging market
Success doesn’t come easy so we are looking at somebody who can take that kind of pressure & can understand “Rome was not build in a day”
Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic would be advantageousShould have worked in Automotive market in Middle East as the location of position is Duabi, UAE
