Provide customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained.
Works with the sales team to provide customer support
Maintains the data base of all client contacts and communications
Handles customer’s complaints, tackling issues and provides clarifications and solution
Builds customer loyalty by keeping a well-established relationship with our clients and delivering a professional service
Communicates with Operations on the updates and the ongoing procedures.
Provides recommendation on potential products
Contributes to other customer service team’s efforts to accomplish related tasks as needed
Effectively communicates with clients and an follow up on their feedback
Maintains an effective tracking system for client enquiries up to release stage
Identifies trends with current client enquiries to ensure that the required stakeholders are up to date
Ensures airway bill execution, customs documentation, Delivery Order, Shipper declaration and other required information is clearly communicated and all customer inquiries are passed to the relevant Cargo sections for auctioning
Inspects and validates against relevant documentation at every point of delivery, acceptance to ensure that goods conform to relevant criteria and are dispatched in line with the standard work procedures
Follows-up and updating of key performance indicators demanded by the customers Prepares product or service reports by collecting or analysing customer information
المهارات
Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field 2-3 year experience with international exposure in similar position Knowledge of Africa Market in Logistics, Certifications and documents required. Strong Operational Knowledge of both air and sea freight PC basic skills and system knowledge Excellent communication skills (read, write and speak in English) Arabic communication skills would be advantageous
