Study BOQ and prepare preliminary production schedule.
Prepare and monitor Macro production plan.
Prepare and implement monthly micro production plan.
Check the cutting list of work order and drawing and approve for production.
Distribute work to supervisors and coordinate between paint and carpentry section.
Monitor and track the daily production schedule providing input on risks to the Project delivery.
Maintain strict quality control procedures - this necessitates regular testing of Materials, visual inspections of work and factory workmanship.
Make sure the product is meeting the level of quality demanded by the client and Must investigate the root cause if the quality is not met and procure a solution.
Monitor and track the procurement schedule providing input on risks to the project delivery in conjunction with the Project Coordinators feedback.
Proactively manage change management to the project scope, identify potential risks and devise suitable contingency plans.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
Approve Material Requisition for materials, tools and spare parts, etc.
Approve Sample Requests.
Take care of the machinery and make sure that is functioning properly and suggest continuous improvement plans for machinery.
Record the maintenance and servicing of machines and record the cost of each.
Take care of the safety of the factory.
Take care of the Production Area, Premises, and Building.
Plan and implement production sections and production lines.

Joinery Production Experience in Products such as Wooden Doors, Fire-Rated Doors, Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobes, Vanity Counters, Pergola.
Reading and understanding drawings.
