A dynamic Citizenship & Immigration consultancy company in the UAE, looking for a bilingual social media executive .

The Role :

Social Media & SEO Specialist :
This role is great for those who are passionate in creating engaging and creative social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive and audience research for all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Snapchat, LinkedIn)
• Working with the graphic design to generate, edit, publish and share daily content in English & Arabic that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and applications (competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification)
• Proactive community management by communicating with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Drive new and innovative digital communications and engagement activities across e- mail, web, mobile, and social media to develop brand awareness, builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Manage all digital media buying plans
• Collaborate with other departments for consistently creating and updating content the website & social channels
• Manage and optimize search engine marketing campaigns to drive online exposure to “BLUEMINA” website.
• Utilize google analytics to manage the “BLUEMINA” website traffic analytics to identify trends and opportunities to grow online business.
The Candidate We’re looking for :
someone with over 4 years’ experience in Social Media, SEO management & Google Ad campaign management; both paid and organic.
Someone who is highly organized, energetic, a social media fanatic who combines creativity and analytics. The right candidate must also speak, read English fluently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in media and/or marketing
• Proven work experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing role +4 years’
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
• Solid experience running social media and Google Ad campaigns to create engaging content & copy writing
• Must have a strong background in handling current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices, along with vast experience in E-Commerce, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Pay Per Click (PPC)
• MS Office proficiency
• Be a great multitasker
• High attention to detail
• The ability to demonstrate a passion and energy for engaging with bloggers and influencers • Excellent administrative multi-tasking and organizational .
