Job Description:The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. Business Development Managers work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff. He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors
• Maintaining and developing Dubai agency and client direct relationships in key sectors whilst developing media briefs and new business.
• Delivering significant digital media-focused sales results based on the targets.
• Creating tailored ideas and structured media plans that answer the clients requested proposals
• Working with senior colleagues when necessary to identify, understand and answer client issues and needs.
• BD will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self-manage; however, you will be part of a growing team and support is available from directors.
• Taking personal responsibility for all pitches and sales opportunities for BD clients.
• Account development through identifying new opportunities within existing clients, persuading clients to use our services and delivering excellent results at all times. (weekly client meetings)• Approaching clients in Dubai and in different GCC markets

Skills• To be actively engaged in cross-promoting group-wide services. Taking responsibility to ensure your clients are satisfied after each project. Seek Client feedback. Represent company at pitches with other colleagues and represent at events. To undertake such other tasks including general administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
• Proactively look for the latest buzzwords to use in your pitches, continuous self-education about the industry and share market knowledge with the team.
Arabic Speaking preferably.
Experience in Media is a must.(Additional advantage)
