Real Estate Portfolio & Asset Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
We are currently looking for a Real Estate Portfolio & Asset Manager who understands real estate as an investment. He / She should focus on maximizing property value from investment’s perspective. The position will directly assist the Owner/Director to achieve the organizational objectives by maximizing property value and investment returns. Performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization’s mission and to build the organization’s real estate portfolio.

Lead Generation: Sourcing opportunities for real estate investments across Central Eastern Europe through various platforms on favourable terms.

Asset Management: From acquisition of assets to overseeing the refurbishment planning, budgeting, execution, lease-up and sale of the assets, in accordance with the favourable jurisdiction analysis and organizational objectives.

Liaison: Representing the organization, sourcing and negotiating with appropriate local partners in the targeted jurisdiction.

Analysis: Preparing detailed assessment model for each asset. Leading quantitative, qualitative & financial analysis for portfolio management & forecast. Keeping the management updated.

Key Qualifications / Experience
 Knowledge of Real Estate Investments Portfolio internationally is a plus.
 Education Background – Minimum Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
 Working knowledge of budgeting, accounting and risk management.
 Strong command of English both spoken and written. Minimum 5 years of progressively relevant experience.
