PURPOSE
This position is responsible for supporting all operational deliverables for the company’s prepaid card products delivery as well as the proprietary closed loop projects.
The overall job purpose is to provide reliable and efficient management, support and provisioning to Jade Payment operations and projects team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform successful takeover of client card operations from the Implementations / Projects team upon implementation of programs
Coordination and management of the card operations, including the production and mailing of cards.
Perform daily activities for the card operations group, including card issuance, card inventory management, client training, overseeing payment processing, daily and monthly reports, client and customer support and other associated functions.
Design and implement card operations policies and procedures and recommend changes to existing with the view to increase efficiency.
Develop and help implement special projects such as card activation and usage, balance transfers, and changes to terms and conditions.
Review and report relevant ongoing card program issues. Coordinate with the Projects team and Vendor team to resolve card issues proactively.
Work closely with Operations Director, Project and Vendor Teams to mitigate losses and manage risk
Prepare and submit annual budget and business plans for all card programs.
Be aware of and familiar with competitor card programs to aid in the preparation of strategic business plans and support successful accomplishment of target growth goals and profitability targets.
Support sales and presales activities across all companywide prepaid products and their involved payment solutions programs.
Understand and contribute to the team’s overall objectives and goals. Provide proactive input in all areas of developmental activities, highlighting potential problems or resource issues
Work closely with the cross dimensional managers in maintaining and improving all the ‘behind-the-scenes’ support systems that are so crucial to making a project effective.
Assist in the production and maintenance of all necessary workflow and process documentation required regarding execution of all card programs
Conduct contract review with internal stakeholders and ensure that operational and compliance procedures to support the card products are identified and implemented. Ensure that the plan adequately covers all topics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree level
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operations support role in the payments technology industry
Good knowledge of banking operations and/or card payment technology and schemes is essential
Fluency in English is a must
Excellent time management skills and ability to achieve goals with minimal management guidance Demonstrated experience in a financial institution, global, matrix-organization
