Senior Project Executive

PURPOSE
This position is responsible for directing and managing all project related deliverables for the company’s prepaid card products as well as proprietary closed loop programs. The overall job purpose is to provide reliable and efficient project management, support and provisioning to the Payment operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the support, development and enhancement of payment solutions implementation.
Collect the requirements from the client and internal management team for each card program.
Chair / Manage meetings with client, management team, IT team and Vendor Teams (processor, card manufacturer, issuing bank, Risk & Compliance, etc.) to make sure all requirements are ironed out.
Finalize project scope with all parties and send to respective teams for estimations
Collect estimates and prepare project planShare the project plan and ensure project plan signoff is obtained
Coordinate daily and weekly meetings to ensure all the project tasks are progressing on track (scope, schedule, quality and budget wise)
Support client delivery of prepaid products by completing all scheme technical pre-requisites.
Oversee and/or perform activities related to card production, UAT, pavement testing and card delivery
Manage project risks and report any variance to the management
Ensure all stakeholders are constantly updated and on board with the project progress
Timely updates to the project plan and communication of the same
Prepare handover documents for the ops team and train the client team before closing the project
Review issues and enhancement & create projects and track them to closure
Assist the integration of projects with the development teams on the integration with third parties such as Load Channels, Processors and Risk IDS.
Working closely with the cross dimensional managers in maintaining and improving all the ‘behind-the-scenes’ support systems that are so crucial to making a project effective.
Prepare handover documents for the ops team and train the teams before closing the project.
Assist in the production and maintenance all necessary workflow and process documentation required for the planning and execution of the logistical and technical elements of all projects – namely

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree level in Engineering / Computer Science. MBA is a definite plus.
Mandatory Demonstrated experience in a financial institution, global, matrix-organization
6+ years’ experience in an implementation support role in the payments technology industry.
Good knowledge of banking / card operations, IT systems and payment technology schemes is essential
Fluency in English is a must
Project Management certifications like PMP / Prince 2 is a definite plusExcellent time management skills and ability to achieve goals with minimal management guidance
