The Planning & Business development Manager will be responsible for providing inputs for annual budget in line with brand stakeholders. Responsible for developing the new business Initiative – Tier 2 Body and Paint and growing in all emirates. Negotiate with Insurance companies for increased business volumes and achieve business objectives (achievement of sales budget at minimum operational costs) as well as establish effective relationships and collaborations with all relevant stakeholders and promote a culture of excellent aftersales customer service by delivering great customer journeys.
• Business Objectives & Operations
Ensure that Tier 2 Bodyshop & ERAS is managed in an efficient cost optimization model. Oversees and review production and operating reports and resolve operational and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet KPI’s.
Set operational KPIs measure internal effectiveness and efficiency. To determine if the department/division is achieving operational targets and working as a team.Develop contacts to gain new customers, retain existing customers and obtain favourable response from Insurance companies / institutions to increase turnover and profits
• Stakeholder Management
Support the leadership in consolidation of AFG Auto companies BP operations by dealing with relevant stakeholders. Strengthen the quality and consistency of the brand experience, manage delivery of agreed KPI’s with stakeholders.

• Finance:
To provide inputs in line with stakeholder/Brand growth objectives.
Implement controls over spending and procurement to ensure adherence to the company budget. To review the budget often and complete variance reports for any unusual or unexpected expenses. Monitor all operation expenses to be in line with budget. Maintain day to day control on divisional expenses to minimize company’s overall expenses.To achieve and exceed the budgeted target on Net sales
• Customer focus:Develop, implement and monitor programs for Customer retention and to enhance the Customer service experience by proactively
• Dealers Standards:
Ensure the Principle standards and requirements are met and excelled by working with directly reporting Managers on programs to develop, implement and improve the working standards. anticipating the changing Customer needs and demands.
• One voice to customer:
Ensure process uniformity and standardized single voice to all stakeholders including insurance companies, customers, vendors.
• People:Provide moral support, and develop staff, and providing career development planning and opportunities
• Health and SafetyEnsure tasks are carry out with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.
