Rôle:
- Design and roll out the infrastructure
- Monitor & optimize infrastructure costs
- Elaborate and follow the group technical budget
- Participate in new product design
- Manage product creation and implementation
- Elaborate and participate in the team training
- Scout the market for new trends
- Get trained on new technologies
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to build the portfolio
- Assist the sales team in identifying the correct answers within the company portfolio
- Elaborate internal processes to deliver and support the portfolio’s content- Develop tools to support the above processes

Team management:
- Identify essential missing skills within the engineering team
- Organize training plan for the engineering team
- HR forecast and hiring for the support and training team
- Identify essential missing skills within the support team
- Organize training plan for the support team in accord with the company portfolio and internal processes- HR forecast and hiring for the support and training team

المهارات
- Bachelor / Engineering Degree in Telecommunications

- Minimum 5 years experience in similar environment

- Fluent English

- Good communication skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Team work ability
