الوصف الوظيفي Dubai Responsibilities: Oversee the day to day operations of a large team of Architects manage the reporting on resources, managing business processes and protocols and ensuring timely delivery of quality projects. You will be working directly with the BDM stream around new clients, fee proposals and continuous flow of project work. Communicate closely with project principals, project designers and project managers in team building, project delivery, and quality assurance to the firm’s work. Review, monitor and forecast office staffing to meet project and office strategic goals and plans Monitor construction contract administration process and procedures.
