A leading ready-mix concrete solution provider based in the UAE, requires a General Manager who has the ability and experience to manage a large ready mix organisation. This position will also encompass managing the operational and commercial side of the business. Although this position is based in the UAE you will be required to travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a large team

- Leading the operational side of the business

- Meeting with and liaising with the client

Requirements:

- Applicant to have extensive experience managing a large ready mix concrete company

- Experience in a managerial position

- Applicant must have engineering degree

- At least 15 years experience managing large construction or ready mix concrete business

- Leading and managing the operational side of the business
