الوصف الوظيفي - To ensure estimating projects is as per requirements of clients/consultants based on company’s pricing policy by securing most competitive prices from market and proper compilation of inputs received from different disciplines in accordance with project drawings, BOQ and specifications of tenders. Duties and Responsibilities : - Detail and careful review of tender documents: drawings, specifications, conditions, BOQ and presenting the format of take-off quantities. - Present a well detailed report for the points, reservations need to be taken into account prior tendering, notify management of specific contractual or other conditions that has impacts and needs management decisions. - Raise Requests for Information(RFI’s) to clients to clarify information if required. Prepare pretender and post tender clarifications on time to ensure successful outcome of the bid. - Review and ensure quantity takeoff is in line with project requirements. - Prepare project plans/schedules to planning engineer for preliminary project schedule. - Preparing RFQ’s to Suppliers and Subcontractors ensuring these RFQ’s are as per specifications , negotiating suppliers and subcontractors, for best competitive offers in market. Ensure prices are well documented in tender files. - Attends site visits/inspections of the proposed project for clear understanding of the site conditions. - Detail review of the tender prices to ensure inclusion of well described scope of work/method statement/technical and financial assumption. المهارات - Strong analytical skills.
