What you will do
The Sales Engineer is a key role, reporting to the Regional Director responsible for our indirect channels across Middle East & Africa region. The team focuses on the HVAC product portfolio specifically Chillers, Air Handling Units and Fancoil Units. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of an emergent team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives.
You will be primarily supporting the Sales Managers on presales activities and submittals and be given a selection of your own distributor accounts to develop and drive sales revenue. You will develop existing distributor channels by developing plans to increase their sales volume and revenue, generating new channels and opening new accounts.
As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for our Middle East and Africa region.
How you will do it
As a Sales Engineer you will use your in-depth technical expertise in Chillers/AHU/FCU to support the managers by preparing cost conscious proposals and material submittals. To achieve your sales target you will convert inquiries in sales, follow up with channel partners on the quotations, place orders on system and follow-up on delivery of equipment.
You are a hunter driven to seek and develop existing business and long term customer relationships, self-motivated. You’re analytical, perseverant, determined and reliable in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.

What we look for
Required
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 3 years of experience in direct / indirect sales in HVAC industry for Chillers/AHU/FCU
* Proven track record for delivering sales target for Middle East region
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Fluent language skills in English
* Ability to travel
Preferred
* Experience in preparing Estimations and material submittals
* CEM (Certified Energy Manager) Certification - ESCO work
* HVAC Sales Experience in Egypt
* Valid UAE Driving License
