الوصف الوظيفي This position is fully responsible to successfully execute, complete and handover multiple project control works related to large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects. Job Description: Prepare and supervise the preparation of a variety of engineering calculations, data, and reports in connection with planning, development, and construction of projects Ensure engineering employees and contractorscarry out all work functions as per agreed work methods. Manage all project functions related to project management, site management, project control, engineering management, procurement, construction management to meet the project goals. Manage project by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Manage all civil team at the site. Manage and monitor the skill and competency development of the team members. Maintain positive working relationships with operations Identify risks and ensure operational impacts are minimized. Manage engineering progress according to the budget and forecasted schedule Lead and manage and oversee engineering budget, project schedules, and project control budgets. Responsible for producing all engineering management reports and providing the on-going status of the project. Maintain effective and on-going communications with construction and contractor management teams Manage and monitor project in terms of QA/QC and Safety for the best quality and safe execution. Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintainedAnalyse situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action. Attends regular site visits with the construction team to ensure all factors in the schedule are considered. Develops a communication plan to ensure effective communications between the project team, the customer, and senior management. المهارات Minimum 10+ years site experience gainedwithin contracting firms. Well-developed project management, staff management, leadership, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, budget developing, mathematical and analytical thinking skills. Ability to work under time pressure, handle somany tasks at the same time, prioritize the task and give attention to the details. Experienced in both civil works and finishingworks. Should be able to work cooperatively andpositively with staff.
