Develop and manage the budget process
Strategic planning and implementation for the business improvement and to fulfil the vision and mission of the company.
Manage highly complex and diversified manufacturing operation including Engineering systems, Manufacturing Engineering, Production and Production control to manufacture and ship product while maintaining high quality and service and maximizing financial return through control of costs and optimum utilization of assets including inventory, plant and equipment.
Manage and ensure manufacturing configuration (raw material, WIP, BOM, and finished goods) is maintained for all parts in production
Recommends investments on machines, processes and equipment (Capex) in line with the current or future projects and plans.
In conjunction with the management team sets and reports on KPI’s
Industrialize new parts (from receipt of customer data package through FAI validation)
Develop and organize management resources necessary to direct the major sessions of the operation. Motivate and evaluate team’s competencies and direct training, manpower development and performance management.
Benchmark against industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure company maintains their competitive advantage represent operations on visits to customers.
Direct and continuous improvement programs to ensure efficient and cost effective manufacturing.
Minimize recurring and non-recurring manufacturing costs on all parts
Develop clear communications between individuals, operations departments and support departments for the development of the company.
Responsible for all the operations includes Production, Management, ME, SHEQ and Supply chain divisions of the company.Perform other duties as appropriate to the position.

المهارات
Master’s Degree or PHD required, major in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering
15 years minimum in an Aerospace, Defence and Oil & Gas manufacturing environment
Knowledge of software and equipment requirements of Aerospace, Defence and Oil & Gas industry
Strong Leadership skills
Profit and Loss understanding
Familiarization with Organizational Restructuring
Familiarization of international benchmarks on manpower management in industrial/ assembly lines
Lean six sigma preferred
Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering Background
15+ years of experience
Strong negotiation skills to lead discussions with OEMs
Hands on experience in machining as well as strategic decision maker
Aviation/aerospace composite manufacturing experience.Contracts management
