• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Carry out installation of new equipment and change equipment parts that have become old or defective.
• Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses and electrical wiring.
• Wire and connect motors, compressors, temperature controls and humidity controls according to wiring schematics.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment, including changing of filters and cleaning condensers and coils.
• Perform all scheduled preventive maintenance and cleaning on all equipment as needed.
• Detect needed repairs on equipment following established inspection procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.• Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company’s officials and staff to effectively provide solutions to maintenance problems.
المهارات
• Knowledge of commercial food service (kitchen and coffee) equipment repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques.
• Knowledge in the operation of electrical control systems.
• Ability to understand and speak in English.• UAE Driving license required.
