PURCHASER/STOREKEEPER/INVENTORY CONTROLLER

A GROUP ESTABLISHED IN UAE AND SPECIALIZED IN DEALING WITH GLASS/ALUMINIUM AND BUILDING ACCESSORIES PRODUCTS IS LOOKING FOR A STORE KEEPER EXPERIENCED IN THE SAME FIELD; IN THE AGE GROUP OF BELOW 40 YEARS. WE REQUIRED EXPERIENCED STORE KEEPERS FOR CONTROL AUTOMATIC DOORS STOCK/INVENTORY. ALL AUTOMATIC DOORS ARE HIGH VALUE ITEMS. HENCE WE NEED AN EDUCATED STORE KEEPER HAVING WELL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT AUTOMATIC DOORS AND ITS SPARE PARTS.

Develops the inventory management strategy of the company with the goal to control costs within budget, generate saving, rationalize inventory and maximize the working capital available.

Controls perpetual inventory stock counting and accuracy checks, investigates discrepancies and shortages to minimize overstocks and remove redundant and obsolete raw materials.

Organizes and maintains the inventory floor area to ensure efficient material storage and handling.

Provides routine management regarding inventory performance, which involves evaluating and monitoring usage and cost of materials, consumable and scrap.

Creates and maintains accurate written procedures for the primary inventory control functions and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the stock management system implemented.

Implements improvement systems and processes to reduce inventory setback, while minimizing costs and maximizing working capital.

Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships. Creates daily reports to control the key critical areas of the stock system and address any discrepancy.

Performs miscellaneous duties, which are work-related as assigned.
