الوصف الوظيفي Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to department heads about staff appointments. Analyzes the recruitment process, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes. Conferring with divisions to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills. Develops and posts position advertisements broadly utilizing a wide-range of local and international recruitment list serves and job boards, etc. Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them. Reviews all applications and conduct first round of telephonic interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about company to the candidates. Coordinating with candidates for scheduling appointments for HRM / BUM / Group Director. Provide administration support to Department Head whenever necessary to ensure good HR customer service. Support / organize employee welfare activities when advised. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
