This job is for you if:
• You are experienced in all mainstream IT technologies
• You have a proactive nature
This is what an average week at work will look like:
• You will perform day to day hardware and software support
• Be responsible for IT and server support
• Provide IT support and educate the employees when required
• Responsible for network maintenance and infrastructure support

المهارات
You need these to qualify for the role:
• Degree in computer science
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the IT Support role
• Work experience using Microsoft Office
• Work experience using Windows and Windows Server
• Work experience with Avaya Phone Systems
• Excellent communications skills in English
• Desirable skills: MacOS, Sage, Salesforce, XCD HR, G suite and Adobe Creative Suite
