A well reputed Digital Agency based in prime location of Dubai (Jumeirah Lake Towers) is in a process of expansion and looking for senior Sales Manager who has 4+ years of experience and good contacts in the UAE market.

Candidates with previous Digital marketing, Website or Software sales experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the sales team and achieving monthly sales targets.
You should have existing contacts in UAE market which could be used for converting sales for softwares, websites, mobile apps and more.
To work on bringing new clients for the company services.

Cold calls, LinkedIn marketing, following up with google adwords leads and other sources of bringing new clients
Act as Digital Consultants and be in consistent communication with development team to get the final product ready per specifications
To maintain relationship with clients and bringing retaining business
To conduct market research and competitive research and suggest new sales strategies
To suggest new and creative ways of bringing sales
To meet clients and present the company profile and presentation
To know about the services and have detailed understanding to pitch clients
To maintain relationship with medium and large size companies in order to increase client portfolio
To meet team targets on a monthly basis

المهارات

Required Skills:
4 years of experience in Advertising or Digital agency
Existing contacts in UAE market
Proven track record of managing sales team and increasing ROI and Market share
You will be required to give detailed presentations to clients for company products
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Previous cold calling and face to face meeting experience would be of an added advantage
UAE experience is a must
Market understanding and existing relationships in market would be of great advantage
