We are currently recruiting an IT Infrastructure Analyst to be based in Dubai. You will be responsible for providing operational support and delivery for IT Infrastructure services to Air Products locations within the Middle East region.This will include co-ordination of support efforts by centrally located IT support teams as well as local liaison with the user community.
As an IT infrastructure Analyst, you will:

Provide incident response for Air Products IT Infrastructure services, this includes Plant Process Control PCs and Servers.

Provide local co-ordination for issue remediation & deployments with other IT Infrastructure teams located remotely.

Provide local IT support, and maintain IT Standards including Safety for IT computer rooms.

Provide local IT support for voice services both fixed and mobile.

Build Air Products standard desktops in the local staging centre, using the Global load process.

Participate in Industrial Control System security assessments.

Provide IT consultancy and services to local business planning and initiatives.

Provide coordination for site requests / project activities requiring IT assistance at remote locations covering new construction, closure, movement, and consolidation activities.

المهارات
As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will have:

Technical knowledge and drive to learn new things.

Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, specialised training, certification, or equivalent work experience.

A good Knowledge of PC clients.

High level of motivation with very strong self-direction and initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.

Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of people in the organization.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of time.
