Key Responsibilities:
• Source, Select & negotiate for the best purchase package with Local & International Suppliers
• Preparation & process of purchase orders
• Execution & Monitoring of all the orders
• Research & Development of new suppliers
• Working in line with SOP as per Procurement policy for Key Audit purposes
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular procurement jobs
• Maintain complete updated procurement details, records & pricing in the system
• Coordinate with user departments & suppliers on the scope of work for projects assigned
• Manage Supplier’s & end users relationship
• Execution & Monitoring of all regular purchasing duties both local & International
• Source of NEW items & Suppliers as required to meet the challenges
• Support and assist release of tenders for high volume items/raw material
• Source, select & negotiate for the best purchase package comprising of quality, price, payment terms, deliveries & services with both Local & International Suppliers
• Preparation & processing of Purchase Orders & associated documents in accordance with the procedures
• Assist in managing & following up all overseas and local orders
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received
• Handling & monitoring of claims, shortage & missing orders/items while delivery of the goods as per Invoice & Packing List related to the approved Purchase Order
• Arrange for purchase returns of Surplus Materials
• Support implementation of logistics best practices
• Coordinate with supplier & freight forwarders to ensure prompt delivery
• Negotiating of various tariffs
• Coordinate delivery of documents both destinations & origin
• Responsible for import / export documentation and to ensure documentation is timely & accurate
• Track, trace cargo & advice Sales team of any discrepancies/delays
• Coordinating for B/L issuance

المهارات
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar field
• Arab National is preferred
