· Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout theteam.
· Keep current with new technologies &techniques;· Work with application to develop performance test strategy andplans
· Design & implement Performancetest.
· Analyze test results, configure analysis graphs and create testresults
· Analyze root causes of issues and provide correctiveactions
· Test Results Review andGuidance
· Works collaboratively with cross functional teams to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design test scripts, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable test performance solutions
· Provide the solution, approach and effort estimation for performance testing on all bankingapplications
المهارات
At least 10yrs experience in software testing.
5+ years Banking experience.
Experience on leading and managing performance testing.
Technical/Functional:
Strong understanding of Software life cycle. (development & testing)
Strong understanding of the high level technical application architecture and design.
Strong understanding to the technical application risks, security, compliance and Audit requirements.
Have thorough experience in implementing full life cycle of a project.
Knowledge and understanding of software testing principle , practice ,process , methods , Techniques and tools
Should have worked in technologies like Java, Mobile, ATM, Big Data etc.
Experience in Agile framework and continuous integration
Strong knowledge in Java EMS, IBM MQ, TIBCO and JDBC
Experience in Automated Testing Techniques using DevOps tools
