Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
المهارات
Open to Nepali, Indian, Chinese, Myanmar, Sri Lankan, Thailand, and European Candidates only
Male or Female, 30 years old below
Diploma in Culinary is an advantage
Minimum 2-5 years of experience on the same role
Knowledge in international cuisine is an advantage
Must have a good cooking method and cutting skills
With HACCP certificate
Strong leadership skills
Must be a fast learner and a team player
Knowledgeable in food and kitchen hygiene
Good communication skills
Visit Visa or Cancelled visa are welcome to apply
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up 5,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
