1. Fund Management –
• Project Finance
• Long Term
• Working Capital
• Strategic Finance
2. Head – Finance & Accounts
• Responsible for all work related to Finance & Accounts including implementation of SAP.
3. Treasury / Forex Risk Management
• Track Forex position & MIS
• Evaluate best possible alternatives,
• Execution : Forward Contract, FRA, IRS, Options, POS, Currency Futures
• Interact with Banks/Consultants for latest trends / market update
• Compliance.
4. Trade Finance / Cash Management
• Buyer’s Credit, Supplier’s Credit, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Export Packing Credit, WCDL etc
• Arbitrage : FD backed Buyer’s Credit, Overdraft over FD
• Optimum utilization of resources, monitoring, reviewing & projecting exceptional requirements,
• Cash Management.
5. Credit Ratings
• Finalizing the Credit Rating, negotiation, interaction with Credit Rating Agency, to obtain the best possible Rating, Finalizing the Rational, Monitoring & Reviewing
6. Budgeting, Planning, Costing, MIS & Reporting
• Participate in Budget Preparation, Consolidation, Evaluating various alternatives, Analysing Variances & reporting, worked with standard costing
• Responsible for MIS - funding, Forex, P&L;of Finance Department
• Preparing the annual budgets for the Company detailing monthly product wise revenues, costing and contributions as well as cost centre wise spends.
7. Accounting, Auditing, Taxation & Secretarial
• Participate in Finalization of Accounts & management discussion
• Responsible for Accounting of finance /forex /banking transactions and Cash flow finalization, analysing the financial statement.
• Monitoring, Supervising, Reporting & Recommending Internal Audit.
