Qualification : B.E -Civil or Mechanical Engineer

Experience: Minimum 4 Years and above in Façade Industry

Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD & Primavera P6.

Job Description :
Ø Can able to
understand and Extract Façade Scope of works from Architectural Drawings.
Ø Can able to
prepare complete façade detailed work program.
Ø Work program
should have Cost and Resource Loaded.
Ø Can Able to
prepare cash flow and Manpower Histogram with respective S-Curve.
Ø Can able to
prepare productivity rate of façade scope of works.
Ø Can able to
prepare the EOT Claim.
Ø Can able to
prepare weekly and Monthly updated program.
Ø Can able to
prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
