Role
You will be at the heart of the process of building software that empowers us to develop
and deliver high-quality mobile apps and beautiful services. We’re looking for born hackers.
Developers who love what they do and can’t imagine doing anything else for a living.
You won’t just be developing apps – you’ll be striving to develop the best apps possible. To constantly better yourself and produce truly amazing work.
What we expect from you
You will help building a product that hundreds of thousands of users will use.
? Be the link between users and engineers
? Prioritize functions
? Identify and gather product requirements to support integration with industry partners
? Manage project-planning processes (e.g. timeline, milestone tracking)
? Ensure that all stakeholders are kept fully informed of project status and progress
? Develop metrics to identify and track business trends and determine root-causes
? Develop recommendations to improve products and processes
? Pitch in to support other functions (e.g. operations) as needed
المهارات
Knowledge and experience
? 3+ years of experience in software industry
? Understanding technical issues and communicate effectively with technical and
non-technical teams
? Evaluate technology solutions, including build/buy/partner options
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is the bar
? Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles
? (Preferred) CS experience or degree or business degree with CS major
? (Preferred) Experience integrating with lenders and dealers

? You will grow the team to do great stuff
