Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
المهارات
Open to LEBANESE and JORDANIAN candidates
Male/Female, 21 to 30 years old below
At least 1 year of retail sales experience
Freshers with home country experience are welcome to apply
Background in perfume/fragrance sales is a plus
Physically fit with friendly and engaging personality
Must be well-presented and has strong positive attitude
Good communication and customer service skills
Work Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Salary up to 7,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus generous commission (up to 2,500 AED)
