الوصف الوظيفي
The Executive Chef is responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavour for the dining experience, catering and other food facilities, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction. To support Corporate Chef with controlling food purchase specifications and development of the recipes
Service and Operations
• To coordinate with central production kitchen.
• To liaise with all Food and Beverage (Café) management to assure food production consistently exceeds the expectations of our customers.
• To develop policies and procedures to enhance and measure quality; continually updates written policies and procedures reflect state-of-the-art techniques, equipment and terminology.
• To coordinate to Café Head Office for all administrative and logistic matters
• To plan the new menu training for all the cafes

المهارات
Experience requirement:
• Minimum 7 year experience in F&B;industry in similar position
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English Language
Qualification and Licenses requirement:
• Postgraduate Degree
• UAE Driving License (motorcycle, minibus, coach, delivery truck)
• Occupational Health Card
