الوصف الوظيفي Overseeing Retail Sales floor. Ensures the assigned area has enough merchandise on display to cater to clienteles’ demands. Communication to merchandising Depts. and coordinated with the stockers on merchandise display to improve presentation & sale increase. Ensure that the stores shrinkage control programs are implemented strictly in accordance with the approved policies and procedures to avoid any losses. Approve document/ transaction as prescribed in the laid down system and procedures. Always have a strict vigil for the service level of the store and maintained at its best. Prepared plan and recommendations on the improvement of the store. Producing reports and statistics using MS office. Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors. Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives. Attending meetings and trade conferences. Follow-up with supplier on merchandise deliveries. Review and recommends for the approval reorder items submitted by the stockers. Review and monitor merchandise movement and inventory level of each department in the store. Recommends effective disposal / returning of slow-selling/ non moving items. المهارات Experience of working with leading retail giants like Carrefour, Lulu, Union cooperative, Geant etc., (Preferably Carrefour) Excellent communication skill. Ability to handle pressure. Good reporting skills. Must able to analyze and report the sales and market trends. Should able to successfully lead a team of merchandisers in Carrefour outlets. Good leadership quality. Excellent ability to increase and maintain the sales. Must have highly professional outlook. Preference will be given to candidates with Carrefour experience.
