You will be responsible for all sales activities in an assigned territory and the main intermediary between the company and the customer in the achievement of profitable growth through proper stock rotation, maintaining company visibility and (cash) receivables.
Duties
• Generate orders from existing customers
• Open new accounts with potential customers
• Address customer issues and communicate information in a timely manner to your immediate manager.
• Project the image of the company in the best manner to our customers.
• Collect company receivables.
• Implement promotions, POSM and roll out of new products.
• Maintain proper communication with team members and reporting to managers
• Get maximum coverage across your designated outlets - ensure visibility is maximized and no OOS.
• Ensure company products are handled with care and stock rotation is adhered too.
• Establish excellent rapport with customers.
• Report competitor activities in the market place.
• Ensure sales route is followed diligently.
• Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
المهارات
• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG van sales
• Candidate should have a pleasant attitude
• Candidate should have UAE valid license
• Good communication & relationship building skills
• Selling & Negotiating
• Team player
• Reporting and presentation
