The position is central to our parts operations and combines both warehouse and office duties.
As a member of our small team in the regional office you will report to the After Sales Manager with key responsibilities being;
Liaising with customers to identify, quote and supply spare parts according the customer requirements
Coordinating and resolving parts technical queries
Placing orders with suppliers
Preparing invoices
Communication with suppliers for order confirmation, shipment and follow-up
Create shipping and customs documents
Liaise with Terberg headquarters and factories in The Netherlands and Malaysia
Warehouse duties including;
Goods receiving
Stock control
Picking, Packing and shipping of goods
Shipments
General upkeep of the warehouse
General administration and document filing
Assist the business in other after sales activities (Warranty and Service items)
General duties required for the business
المهارات
The successful candidate for the Parts Coordinator role will have the following attributes:
Someone that is able to think for themselves and adapt to suit the business
Comfortable with periods of manual labour and demands of a warehouse operation
A background in spare parts sales within the equipment/vehicle industry (Commercial, industrial, construction or passenger car)
Thorough understanding of shipping INCOTERMS, customs requirements and general procedures relating to shipping of goods throughout the MEA region.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs
Be well organised and have experience in prioritising enquiries to suit the clients requirements
Excellent English language skills both written and oral
Good numeracy skills
Technical understanding of vehicle components would be advantageous
UAE driving licence
