Digital Marketing Executive is a senior position in Reach Beyond Social, converging leadership and technical skills in digital marketing with a primary focus on social media. The successful candidates must have relative experience in B2B sales with high negotiation and presentation skills.
DMEs will act as a senior in charge of his/her team with the objective of providing the best service in Social Media Marketing & Advertising and over delivering on this promise always.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate own leads utilizing company resources and contact them with product presentation
- Present our Digital Marketing product to warm inquiries, through phone calls, meetings, and Presentations
- Maintain good relationship with prospects and provide all the necessary support until they become our customers
- Write and improve all the company marketing materials
- Research, write and communicate the Social Media Marketing strategy for meeting the set objectives.
- Research and develop ideas for social media content funnel, based on objectives and social media platform type, across a variety of industries (healthcare, fitness, beauty, real estate, etc..) as well as content types (Ex: Videos, Articles, Posts, etc..)
- Mentor, closely supervise and provide counseling to each team member for actualizing the ideas developed in timely form and demonstrating the excellence of content.
- Advise, supervise and participate in the advertisement spending and content & Landing pages for each team.
- Maintain and grow the social media platforms of the customers leveraging all the available resources in the company and proposing new solutions.
- Provide clear and timely instructions to each team in terms of all deliverables and timelines
- Strictly follow and be responsible for the timeline adherence of the pod and identify inefficiencies in the process
- Submit a performance assessments for each team member to the management.
- Provide expert counseling to the clients regarding the chosen strategy, advice and direct the customers to provide a better value to them, manage the relationships with them in case of any misunderstandings, frequently communicate the return on investment on customer’s plan, maintain friendly and warm relationships.
المهارات
- Proven record of experience for at least 3 years in Digital marketing field with minimum 1 years in UAE.
- Solid Experience in B2B sales and up to date with the latest market strategies.
- Good knowledge of Facebook Ads and very strong experience in Social media marketing
-Solid working knowledge of Landing Pages.
- Proficient in written and spoken English. Speaking in Arabic it is an asset.
- Creativity in developing multiple unique and engaging ideas daily for Social Media Content and Advertising.
- High standard of Leadership skills and negotiating skills.
- Knowledge of basic research techniques and terminology.
-A good knowledge of Google AdWords is a plus.
- Strong Attention to details.
- Time management and ability work under pressure.
