الوصف الوظيفي Leading the entire Country team to achieve stakeholders goals and objectives. Increase overall UAE market share of our product mix. Evaluate & implement sales and marketing strategies. Developing & Monitoring Budgeted Sales & Operations’ Financials and meeting the required Targets. Creating, Monitoring & controlling company’s Financial budgets, including Inventory and P&L;. Controlling & Monitoring Credit & Collection operations. Responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of work between various Departments. Work closely With HQ Directors and Senior Management to comply with corporate policies & procedures. Taking care of major customers’ needs and requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction. Liaison with Government authorities and major Contractors/customers. Approving Procurements Requests and liaison with HQ Supply Chain Department. Dealing with International Equipment Providers and adhering to signed Distributorship agreement clauses. Couching employees, Motivating them, monitoring their achievements, developing them and handling their affairs and disciplinary actions in accordance to company’s HR polices & Procedures. Ensuring All staff are continuously trained to be productive & efficient at their tasks & operations. Identify & plan for the branch manpower requirements & interview new recruits in coordination with the HR department. Utilizing Company’s investment in IT & ERP systems, and contributing to required enhancements. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational Workshops; benchmarking professional standards; establishing personal Networks. Maintaining a safe and secure office environment. المهارات 5-10 Years of experience in previous senior position with such relevant industry. Effective communications & skills. Competent IT skills including the MS Office, MSOutlook and working with ERP systems. Analytical, problem solving and Decision making skills. Cost analysis planning & control and reporting skills. Emotional Intelligence & Conflict management skills. Collaboration & negotiation skill. Presentation & Public Speaking. Experience in managing large team in a complex & diversified business Environment.
