Review of Tender Documents, design drawings and calculations, material submittals, method statement, shop drawings, Schedules, BOQ…etc.
Evaluation of Payment Certificates, Variations…etc.
Attend Factory Inspection, Site Inspection, Testing & commissioning …etc.
Coordinate with site engineers on Project requirements.
المهارات
Minimum 3 years in Project execution and 5 years of experience in HVAC design in G.C.C.
Must be able to do AC Load calculation, ESP calculation, Pump head calculation.
Knowledge of equipment selection, all mechanical services (Plumbing, drainage, firefighting) and all fundamental units and conversions.
Knowledge of all mechanical equipment (Chillers, pumps, AHU, FCU, Dx units, fans.) and materials used for mechanical installations such as ducts, pipes, insulation, dampers, valves…etc.
Prefer design/execution experience in Shopping Mall, hypermarket projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and editing the drawings.
Handling of maintenance/break down issues.
Should have a capability of handling multiple tasks and an interest to learn more
