We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join as a HR Manager for an online marketing and education company located in Dubai Media City.
Personnel Management
• Maintains organisation staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling, candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Performing benefits administration.
• Maintaining affirmative action programs.
Designing, Implementing, Monitoring and Improving Policies and Procedures
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies in compliance to the UAE Labour Law requirements.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Implementing a HR Structure and managing HR Strategic Framework
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
Stimulating employee performance
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results through SMART goal setting and KPI evaluation.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Identifying gaps between company expectations and employee performance and identify solutions to fill the gaps.
