HR Account Manager / Generalist

An opportunity to work and grow in a challenging HR Role managing end to end HR processes
The ideal candidate will have significant experiences in providing HR Services to external clients and a deep understanding of HR compliance and laws
This position is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in building and managing a human resources business vertical
Client Services Essential Responsibilities

Maintain a strong relationship with clients by developing knowledge of their HR needs.

Manage the full cycle of services provided to clients; working across internal teams to address and proactively avoid service issues.

Deliver excellent HR feedback and services to clients Monitor and ensure client satisfaction, including growth in assigned accounts

Manage communication with clients

Document and innovate HR processes and protocols

Business Development
Support HR component of proposals to client prospects

Interface with business development teams to ensure HR services are accurately outlined to client prospects

Administration
Onboard new employees

Inform clients / employees on HR compliance policies and procedures

Assist clients with resolution to employee issues, hiring, performance and transition

Maintain working knowledge of current HR legislation

Manage all HR Information Systems

المهارات

Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organisation

A self-starter with a high degree of initiative

A flexible team player

Experienced in recruitment

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Creative, forward thinker

Minimum 5 years in HR with good background in understanding labour laws
