A high growth international FMCG/Industrial bakery company is looking to fill a Sales/ marketing position. The company is on a continuous growth path and considered as one of the most versatile and innovative in the industry.
We want someone who is passionate about this category, knows the Middle East market, with at least 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing and distribution in FMCG sector. You should be confident without being arrogant, and hardworking while still knowing how to have fun.
The candidate must have an understanding of improving productivity measurements, drive business based on company strategies in increasing awareness of our products among the target markets, use his/her experience to develop an account/channel specific sales plan, forecast market activity, penetrate competitive accounts and obtain clean orders at the best possible price.
You will work closely with the CEO and the goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and execute on creation of sales, marketing and distribution strategies
• Responsible for promoting the company’s existing brands as well as introducing new products into the marketplace
• Maintain ongoing relationships with top clients through quarterly/monthly meetings
• Provide monthly reporting and analytics to keep our value in front of our top customers
• Meet monthly growth targets through retention and sales efforts
• Execute according to strategy to increase penetration
• Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management
• Stay abreast of the products, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
• Proactively identify and seek out customers
• Identify customer needs, prepare quotes and write proposals
• Coordinate and facilitate communication with Customer

What qualifications do we look for?
• A hungry go-getter with a strong can-do and hands-on attitude. Agility and flexibility according to changing needs of customers and markets are key requirements
• An energetic, highly motivated and driven person who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves and do whatever is necessary to guarantee the success of the company
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal), can present to large groups effectively
• Solid management & negotiation skills. Knows how to “steer the ship” to deliver the right outcome, balancing customer needs while delivering objectives
• Must have strong time management and organizational practices abilities
• Understanding of social media platforms, how they are leveraged for brand building/ market awareness
• Team player!, works well under pressure
• Innovative and creative in approaching accounts and expanding business
• At least 5 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG industry
• University degree in Business preferred but not required

• Salary package will reflect experience level and will depend on the candidate.
