Requirement: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a consultancy in the middle east.
Salary Range - 6,000 to 18,000 AED (depending on the current salary and no. of years of experience.
Nationality preferred: Non asians, European, Canadian, U. S, U. K, Australian, any western nationals.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
An ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager & Executives with strong recruitment knowledge to help us expand our clientele.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.Blue collar (Unskilled and semi skilled labourers) and white collar requirements (Value or Executive Search)
Having either white collar or blue collar recruitment experience for 4+ years and worked on target basis at least in the past 3 months is a must.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (staffing agency recruiter in UAE)
360 consultant or a complete business development person in a recruitment agency
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
Job Location: Dubai
